Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how System Prompt Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use Promptadora. We collect only what we need in order to keep improving the service.

1. What we collect and why

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We use these to authenticate you and communicate with you about your account.

Your content. We store the prompts, folders, workspaces, and share links you create. This is the core function of the service.

Technical and usage data. We collect IP addresses, metadata, error logs, and essential usage and performance data from our systems. This is used to keep the service running, diagnose problems, and understand aggregate load. We do not analyze the content of your prompts.

Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your plan status and billing period. We do not store your payment card details.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the service
  • Authenticate you and secure your account
  • Send you transactional emails (verification codes, billing confirmations, important notices)
  • Monitor service health and performance
  • Enforce these Terms and prevent abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompt content for AI training, advertising, or any purpose beyond running the service.

3. What we share and with whom

We share your data with the following third-party processors, solely to deliver the service:

Anthropic — when you use generative features, relevant contents are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic processes this data subject to their privacy policy and usage policies.

Stripe — your billing information is processed by Stripe, subject to their privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data — prompts, folders, workspaces, share links — is permanently deleted from active systems. Residual copies in backups are purged on a rolling basis.

6. EU residents

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@promptadora.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Our data is hosted in Frankfurt (EU) and we process EU personal data under a legitimate interests basis for operational purposes.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email before they take effect. The current version is always available at this URL.
